B-Line Home Quilting Systems are made by hand and crafted with precision by experienced woodworkers. We pride ourselves on the quality of workmanship and materials used to create each B-Line Home Quilting System.
All systems are backed by our company’s well earned reputation for craftsmanship, performance and value. Attention is paid to every detail insuring that your B-Line Home Quilting System will perform as it is intended, providing you with years of quilting pleasure.
Baltic Birch plywood is used to create our quilting systems; one of the finest materials available in North America. As a result, the B-Line Home Quilting Systems will not warp.
Every system is systematically waxed by hand creating a superior satin finish, velvet to the touch and pleasing to the eye. Our systems have an aesthetic value like that of fine furniture. With proper care the B-Line Home Quilting Systems will last a life-time.
The B-Line Home Quilting System’s carriage can handle the weight of the home sewing machine. The sealed ball bearing Delrin wheels are attached with stainless steel hardware for long life and smooth flowing action. The wheels rotate effortlessly eliminating those exasperating square circles and give you the freedom to create endless pattern combinations.
The track system is notably unique and the track goes together easily creating an uninterrupted level track for every set-up.
If space is an issue, the B-Line Home Quilting System Original Model sets up on a 30” wide banquet table and can easily be taken down; requiring minimal space for storage when not in use.
The NEW Free standing B-Line Home Quilting System Studio Model stands independently on four legs and is height adjustable so the quilter can quilt comfortably in the standing or sitting position.
B-Line Home Quilting System’s way of attaching the fabric bars and applying tension to the quilt layers is remarkably user friendly. Even the most arthritic hands can manage to machine quilt on this system!
NO BASTING REQUIRED!
You read that right - no basting is required! You no longer have to find a large flat area to painstakingly baste the layers of your quilt together, removing puckers and creases from the bulk of the batting and fabric. No more sticky basting sprays to mess with or fusible batting to press.
Have you experienced machine quilting a twin size or larger quilt? When quilting at your sewing station, or dining room table as so many of us do, your quilt slung over your shoulder or spilling out of your lap, you begin machine quilting from the center of your quilt. Working your way outward, hoping that you basted enough, that your basting spray won’t fail you and that your quilt turns out square, you affectionately machine quilt your masterpiece to find it askew when you are done.
The square fabric bars make attaching your quilt layers to the system effortless. Unlike the round bars found on other quilt frames, the square fabric bar shape lets you attach your quilting layers evenly and on center. “Leaders” are securely attached to the fabric bars, your quilt top and backing are pinned to the leaders with t-pins.
The fabric bars can be lengthened without as much as a screw driver. We won’t elaborate on “how” it’s done, but we will tell you its simple and no tools are required.
The most desirable benefit of a B-Line Home Quilting System is that your quilt will be held taut on all four sides and your quilt will be square. You can quilt from edge to edge starting at one end and finishing at the other.
We hope this presents you with a vivid picture of the outstanding quality and simplicity that the B-Line Home Quilting Systems offer the home quilter.
No matter how new you are to the hobby or how skilled you are in the quilting arts industry, the B-Line Home Quilting Systems are an invaluable tool.
To Be Quilting Inc.’s manufacturing standards are second to none, and we stand behind every product with the industries best ten year home quilting system warranty.
We hope this gives you an idea of the quality and simplicity of the B-Line Home Quilting System.
